Bi-Directional Cuk Equalizer-Based Li-Ion Battery Pack Equalization Control Strategy Research

For the secure usage of battery charging and discharging within electric vehicles, study cell pack equalization technology is essential. Therefore, in this paper, an improved Bidirectional Cuk equalizer (BCEQ) structure based on a variable-domain fuzzy PID (VFPID) control strategy recommended stages. With new topology, only half capacitive inductive components are needed to transfer energy between any two individual cells power supply. In addition, proposed VFPID further improves efficiency model by dynamically adjusting magnitude current parameters. Through simulation experiments, topology was capable substantially lessening time increasing utilization more than 4%. comparison with (FPID) algorithm, around 27.3% faster times can be achieved algorithm; algorithm also performed well under Dynamic Stress Test (DST) condition, demonstrating that suggested paper successfully address inconsistency FPID algorithm. It has been revealed methodology offered effective solving inconsistency.
